VLSI Mentoring is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Vishwa Bavaliya, registered in India. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VLSI Mentoring (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using VLSI Mentoring, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

VLSI Mentoring provides, among other things:

• Structured learning tracks and concept explainers.
• Company-specific interview processes and question banks.
• 1:1 mentor mock interviews and scorecards.
• Offer tracking and comparison tools.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Some content is illustrative and provided for preparation purposes only.

Mentor sessions connect you with independent engineers. Mentors are responsible for the guidance they provide; VLSI Mentoring facilitates scheduling and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

Where paid features are enabled, payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). Prices are shown before you confirm a booking. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Prices are displayed on the pricing pageand at checkout, in Indian Rupees (₹) for customers in India and in US Dollars ($) elsewhere. The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable.

We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices. If we become registered, applicable taxes will be shown before you pay.

Delivery is digital and immediate. There is nothing to ship:

• Question-bank packs unlock on your account as soon as payment is confirmed, and remain available for 12 months.
• Mentor sessions are delivered online at the time you book. Joining details are emailed to you and shown under My sessions.
• Async deliverables (such as a written resume review) are delivered by email within the timeframe stated for that session type.

If a purchase does not unlock or a session is not delivered, contact support@vlsimentoring.com and we will fix it or refund you under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our content without permission.
• Attempt to breach security, disrupt the Services, or access data that is not yours.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others, including mentors.

The Services, including all content, question banks, designs, and software, are owned by VLSI Mentoring or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial interview preparation. Third-party names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement.

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, answers, notes, or reviews). By submitting it, you grant us a licence to host, display, and process it to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe others’ rights.

The Services rely on third parties such as Google (sign-in and Calendar), Razorpay (payments), and Supabase (hosting). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee any job, interview, offer, or specific result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VLSI Mentoring and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold VLSI Mentoring harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

For users in India, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws. For users outside India, these Terms are likewise governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights you have under the laws of your place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
