Interview process
Analog loops open with a resume-led hiring-manager round, then circuit-heavy technical rounds. Block-level circuit design carries the most weight, followed by device/layout/noise reasoning, with silicon-debug stories throughout.

How to prepare
- Resume stories: rehearse a block you designed end to end and lead with your own role, not the team's.
- Circuits: derive small-signal gain, bandwidth, and phase margin on a whiteboard.
- Architectures: know one converter and one PLL deeply enough to defend the choice.
- Physical: understand matching (common-centroid, dummies) and noise budgeting.
- Debug: prepare a silicon story — a measured failure you traced to a circuit cause.
