Behavioral & HR · Interview Questions

Interview process

Behavioral rounds appear in every loop and often decide close calls. A recruiter screen sets logistics, then a hiring-manager round on ownership and impact, a team/values round on collaboration, and a negotiation close. Ownership and values carry the most weight.

How to prepare

  • Write 6–8 STAR stories covering ownership, conflict, failure, and impact — your role first, not the team's.
  • Quantify outcomes — numbers make your stories land.
  • Prepare crisp, specific answers to 'why this company/role'.
  • Know your worth and target number before the negotiation call.
